Where we deliver

Haskaps of Oz dispatches live plants from Yeowarra in Irrewarra, Victoria. We deliver within Australia only to destinations that can legally receive the plants. Plant movement and biosecurity requirements vary by state, territory and region. We may contact you for more information, delay dispatch or cancel and refund an order if the destination cannot legally receive the plants.

Farm-gate collection and retail visits are not available.

Shipping rates

Available Australia Post services and the delivery charge for your address are calculated at checkout. The displayed charge reflects the cartons required for your order, carrier charges and our applicable packing and handling adjustment. Larger plant packs may travel in multiple cartons and may receive more than one tracking number.

Dispatch timing

Live plants are sent in nursery dispatch windows chosen to help them travel safely. An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it is not a dispatch notice. We will send a shipping confirmation and tracking details when the order leaves the nursery.

Delivery dates shown by Australia Post are estimates. Weather, biosecurity checks, carrier delays and remote delivery routes can affect timing. If a delay creates a plant-health concern, contact us with your order number.

Delivery addresses

Please provide a complete street address and check it carefully before paying. Contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after packing or dispatch has begun. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be passed on where permitted by law.

When your plants arrive

Unpack plants promptly, keep their labels, water according to the season and follow the grower notes supplied with the shipment. If a parcel or plant arrives damaged, incorrect or in poor condition, photograph the plants, labels and packaging and contact us as soon as practical through our Contact Us page.
