Simply mix Tasmanian Apple Cider with Haskap Liqueur to taste, a delicious summer drink.

OR…..Champagne!!!

HASKAP SUMMER CRUSH

Place in a cocktail shaker & give a good shake

  • Couple solid blocks of ice

  • 1 part Vodka

  • 1 part Haskap Liqueur

  • ½ part sugar syrup

  • 2 parts soda water

  • Squeeze of lemon juice

‘HASK’ TO BE COFFEE

Place in a cocktail shaker & give a good shake

  • Couple solid blocks of ice

  • 15ml Vodka

  • 60ml Cream

  • 15ml Coffee Syrup

  • 40ml Haskap Liqueur

‘HASK’ TO BE CHOC

Place in a cocktail shaker & give a good shake

  • Couple solid blocks of ice

  • 30ml Baccardi rum

  • 60ml Haskap Liqueur

  • 50ml Cream

  • 40ml Chocolate Sauce
